Grey Structure: Khan Construction Company only offers grey structure with a standard in 1350 / SQFT – 1450 / SQFT Content of your choice
We operate a complete gray structure with a fixed covered area fee. After that, depending on the client’s intention, we also provide complete finishing services. Our competitive advantage comes from our unique knowledge and experience in Turn projects.

Grey structure checklist items
- Marked on the plot for the foundation.
- Excavation of foundations as per foundation drawing specifications
- Foundation termite protection
- P.C.C (plain concrete cement) with gravel according to project duration
- Foundation brickwork up to DPC
- Base Sage Treatment.
- Completion of the superstructure with masonry up to dal
- Front and back wall with ground floor and first floor
- Door frame includes (GI) steel
- R.C.C slab lentils include removable steel structures.
- On the brickwork of the first-floor superstructure as above
- Sense of height according to 3D front view
- All underground electric pipeline work.
- All plumbing sewerage work as required
- Plasterwork inside and outside the building and house, including frame wall
- Includes frame wall for outdoor work without additional charges.
- Metal Safety Girls included.
- All tanks contain sewage water.
- Installation of metal doors
